The Brief
The client required a complete interior solution for a private villa in Riyadh — full design, custom joinery, bespoke furniture and turnkey fit-out execution.
ARKU handled every stage — from spatial planning and 3D visualization through technical documentation, in-house manufacturing and final installation.
The Vision
Before a single element was manufactured, ARKU developed detailed 3D visualizations and material specifications to bring the client's vision to life.
The Detail
Every joinery element, furniture piece and feature wall was documented through precision shop drawings — coordinated between design and manufacturing.
Material schedules, finish specs and structural detailing were completed in-house before production began.
The Build
All joinery, furniture, metalwork and upholstered pieces were manufactured within ARKU's controlled facility — checked against drawings before site installation.
The Result
A complete, handover-ready private residence — every surface, fixture and furniture piece designed, engineered and built by ARKU.
